Jeremy Read

Non-Executive Chairman

Jeremy Read is a seasoned minerals resource industry executive, having worked on a broad range of precious and base metals projects in Australia, Africa, North America, India and Scandinavia. Mr Read has wide ranging experience from project generation, greenfields, brownfields and project development. He has extensive exploration experience for gold, copper and nickel sulphides. He played critical roles in the discovery of the Kabanga North nickel deposit, in Tanzania, the Cairn Hill magnetite‐copper deposit in South Australia and the Boseto Copper deposit in Botswana. Mr Read spent 11 years working for BHP in Africa and Australia, including several years as the Manager of BHP’s Australian Exploration Team.

Since 2003, Mr Read has concentrated on developing junior mineral resource companies, creating and capturing value for shareholders. He has been the Managing Director of five ASX‐listed resource companies: Discovery Metals, Meridian Minerals, Avalon Minerals, MinQuest Limited and Pursuit Minerals Limited. Mr Read is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (“AusIMM’”).

Dr Christopher Hartley

Non-Executive Director

Chris Hartley has a strong background in process metallurgy, with significant worldwide experience in the development of critical minerals and base metal projects including Global Practice Leader – Processing at BHP Billiton based in London. In his subsequent roles, Dr Hartley as Technical Director Strategic Materials led a team to provide secure supply of specialty materials for a lower carbon energy provider based in California USA. The role included developing process technologies which are particularly applicable to the commercialisation of ionic clay REE mineralisation.

Amanda Sparks

Non-Executive Director

Amanda Sparks is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Her career background in the resources industry spans more than 30 years, including direct financial experience with mining companies at both the exploration stage and the production stage. During that time, Ms Sparks has gained extensive experience in company secretarial, financial management, corporate transactions, governance and compliance functions.

She currently holds Directorships and/or Company Secretary roles with several ASX listed companies, including Stavely Minerals Limited, E79 Gold Mines Limited and ADX Energy Limited. She has also previously held roles with Integra Mining Limited and Excelsior Gold Limited.

Jeneta Owens

Managing Director

Jeneta Owens has over 15 years of mining and exploration experience, working on a range of deposit styles and commodities. For the last decade, her particular focus has been on porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold exploration in NSW, leading exploration activities at Northparkes’ Cu-Au mine and Sandfire Resources’ NSW projects. Most recently, Ms Owens launched her own geological consultancy, conducting strategic and exploration planning as well as project evaluation for junior explorers.

Ms Owens is a qualified geologist and member of both the AusIMM and AIG.

Ian Morgan

Company Secretary

Ian Morgan is a qualified Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in businesses operating in Australia and overseas. Mr Morgan provides secretarial and advisory services to a range of companies and is company secretary of other listed public companies.

Ian Buchhorn

Technical Advisor to the Board

Ian Buchhorn is a Mineral Economist (Macquarie University) and Geologist with over 35 years’ experience. He was the founding Managing Director of Heron Resources Limited for a period of 11 years until 2007 and returned to that role in 2012 after a period as Executive Director. Mr Buchhorn first managed exploration programs in the Lachlan Fold Belt in 1981, corresponding to the recognition of Northparkes and Temora as significant porphyry/epithermal mineral provinces. Mr Buchhorn previously worked with a number of international mining companies and has worked on gold, nickel, bauxite and industrial mineral mining and exploration, gold and base metal project generation and corporate evaluations. For the last 25 years Mr Buchhorn has acquired and developed mining projects throughout the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australian and has operated as a Registered Mine Manager.

During the last three years, Mr Buchhorn has been a Director of Ardea Resources Limited, Heron Resources Limited, RBR Group Limited and Golden Cross Resources Limited.
